Job Description

Our client a fastgrowing company in manufacturing industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.


  • Implement drive and control the of business plans for distributors (NPP) and retail points in the assigned area.

  • Control market forms pricing policies and sales policies in a timely and compliant manner in the assigned area to meet business targets.

  • Identify customer groups in the area assess their needs and effectively meet customer demands.

  • Monitor competitor activities identify areas with potential or market share risks evaluate competitive situations and report with proposed solutions to management in a timely manner to improve competitive conditions at the retail points under management.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments in building implementing and executing product development plans and improving service quality.

  • Be responsible for executing and coordinating organizational development and teambuilding tasks in the managed area.

  • Ensure brand identity systems are implemented in the area according to plan.

  • Serve as the liaison between distributors customers in the market and the company.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in the relevant field.

  • Deep understanding of building distribution channels/systems and market metrics.

  • Knowledge of products and the market; understanding of the construction materials sector is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of business plan development and implementation; financial management marketing/trade marketing and basic human resources management.

  • Strong skills in leadership team building and development negotiation and influence problemsolving and decisionmaking.

  • Good skills in data analysis and processing market metrics assessment and competitive situation analysis.

  • Strong skills in building and developing relationships with customers.

  • Good communication skills

  • Proficient in Word Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Critical thinking openminded and resultsoriented.
