Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection
Source Candidates: Source candidates internal and external including social media networks.
Shortlist CVs: Shortlist CVs and send assessment links to the best candidates.
Conduct Interviews: Conduct first interviews with successful candidates after assessments.
Arrange Second Interviews: Arrange second interviews with respective Line Managers
Extend Job Offers: Extend job offers to successful candidates once Line Manager and Group MD approval is received.
Recruitment Administration
Ensure Job specs are UptoDate and are ready to be dispatched.
Ensure ATR PRO Job spec and KPA s are loaded on Magnitude for recruitment process
Follow through the internal requirements and ensure all processes are followed with regard to recruitment.
Ensure all documentation is loaded on the system
Ensure reference checks and criminal checks/ vetting is conducted with all potential employees
Obtain Approval to Recruit: Obtain approval to recruit from Line Managers.
Reporting and Statistics
Submit Recruitment Statistics & Reports
General Administration
Provide General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
