Job Title: Senior Recruiter (Field hiring)
Location: Gurgaon India
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM 6:30 PM Fixed Sunday Off
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 34 recruiters in designated areas.
- Execute bulk hiring for roles such as Pickers Packers Sorters Loaders and Unloaders in Warehouses Dark Stores and Hyperlocal Stores.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet client workforce needs.
- Collaborate with warehouse clients to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Conduct endtoend recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Ensure daily travel within the city for recruitment drives and client interactions (twowheeler required).
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead (TL) or 2 years as a Senior Recruiter in bulk hiring.
- Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse staffing and bulk recruitment.
- Mobility: Must have a twowheeler for daily incity travel.
