The Operations Team

As a Tapster you will:

    • Scope projects build business cases and assist with the integration of our products and other platforms working knowledge
    • Analyse requirements of merchants and coordinate with their development team for product integration
    • Attend technical inquiries from merchants from the ticketing system
    • Troubleshoot technical issues via online meeting
    • Build enhance and maintain on a progressive basis all technical documentation
    • Provide gateway and feature functionality training as required to merchants and partners
    • Provide technical product support and help resolve merchant account or gateway issues
    • Coordinate between customer care sales and technical team for product integrations
    • Organise training sessions regarding developments in product
    • Understand the payment domain within the local regional and global markets
    • Work with engineers across the company to build new features at largescale
    • Improve engineering standards tooling and processes
      Solving tickets (New Integration Issues Production Issues)
    • Do integrations Scoping for new merchants
    • Arrange meetings with merchant developers to troubleshoot issues
    • Coordinate with product team to test APIs
    • Write documentation for APIs
    • Suggest new features to the product team/management
    • Track the issues related to a merchant integration
    • Guide new merchants through the integration process ensuring a smooth and efficient golive experience.
    • Collaborate with development teams to address technical requirements and overcome integration challenges.
    • Develop and deliver technical training sessions for merchants empowering them to maximize the potential of our payment services.
    • Create comprehensive documentation and resources to support developer understanding and implementation.
    • Conduct thorough testing of merchant integrations to identify and address potential issues before they impact the live environment.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance testing protocols and maintain the highest standards of quality assurance.
    • Provide Expert technical support to existing merchants troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring swift resolution.
    • Collaborate with our development team to escalate and resolve intricate technical challenges.
    • Serve as a technical liaison between merchants and our development team speaking the same language as developers to facilitate clear and effective communication.
    • Actively engage with the developer community to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Carry out other duties as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role.

What you will bring to the party:

    • 24 years of rolespecific experience with an understanding of Fintech
    • Preferred degree but realworld experience is also accepted
    • Understand APIs Mobile SDKs Web SDKs
    • Working knowledge on API tools
    • Understand the basic web and mobile programming concepts
    • Ability to build credibility and develop client/merchant/stakeholder relationships
    • Ability to articulate support and meet client requirements
    • Growth mindset and solutiondriven approach
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead small engagements
    • Effective prioritization and organization of work
    • High productivity and innovation focus
    • Excellent communication skills in English with a preference for Arabic language ability
