Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals references etc) to identify and attract potential candidates
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Evaluate resumes applications and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
Database Management
- Maintain the database of candidates
Interview Coordination:
- Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Gather and provide feedback to both candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Negotiation and Offer Management:
- Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions between clients and candidates.
- Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding process.
Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market changes to inform recruitment strategies.
Collaboration with Team Members:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share candidate leads insights and market knowledge.
- Participate in team meetings to strategize and optimise recruitment processes.
Performance Metrics:
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Be target driven and thrive to achieve the targets and be competitive
Requirements
- 3 Months to 1 year of experience in endtoend recruitment
- Handson experience with job portals like Naukri etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment and work under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges.
