Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support to our Dutch and Flemishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries with a friendly and professional approach helping them with anything from product questions to technical issues.
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and followup actions.
- Grow and develop your skills with onthejob training and support.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in Dutch and Flemish (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in English.
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer support role.
- Previous experience isnt required this is a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service!
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and technology (training provided).
