Job Description
- Applies industry knowledge technical expertise and understanding of clients strategic direction and business goals to identify develop and deliver technical solutions.
- Applies specialized working knowledge of 4G LTE VOLTE network elements network architecture call flow & protocols with emphasis on LTE EPC and IMS interfaces with IXLOAD to develop technical solutions and scripts for the Keysight customers.
- Translates customer challenges into Keysights business opportunities and technical consulting services and solutions including the design scope and development of the technical components which improve overall performance of clients organization.
- Solves complex high impact technical consulting services problems
- Scopes solution deliverables and calculates solution implementation effort (time and price)
- Understand customer technology products and test requirements and recommend solutions to meet their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Determine and develop technical approaches and techniques for solutions to customer problems and design solutions which may encompass multiple technology areas
- Create documentation for the implemented solutions within the customer environment. Provide support to customer on automating delivered testing solutions or scripts and offer informal
- Providing postsales customer technical support and ongoing customer training as required
- Should have strong communication skills to report project status to the customer and work with Keysight cross functional teams to resolve product issues .
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Typically 6 years of implementation experience specialized knowledge with wireless protocols call flow and interfaces or similar relevant experience.
- 4 years minimum specialized knowledge experience using Keysight/Ixia IXLOAD product lines to implement proposed solutions .
- Handson experience in 4G LTE VOLTE 3G GSM and GPRS lab or production networks Introductory knowledge of 5G protocols and architecture desired.
- Should have specialized knowledge of testing L2/L3L4/L7 applications in customer lab using Keysight products
- Proficient in Linux with shell scripting and scripting languages such as TCL or Python to work automation projects related to 4G LTE and 5G technologies .

Colorado Pay Range: $97000.00$163000.00
