Education: Bachelors degree Information Systems Business Administration or equivalent experience
Experience: 03 years of hospital experience or equivalent industry experience with demonstrated ability to adapt to the hospital environment.
Essential qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare setting
Understanding of clinical IT systems and requirements
Oral and written communication skills needed to work with other technical and IT staff as well as clinical and administrative personnel at all levels in the organization
Skills Abilities and CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with healthcare providers and administrators
Grasp of key project management steps concepts methodologies and tools.
Ability to complete work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.
Substantial ability in oral and written communication
A good working knowledge of basic software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Working Conditions Standard business environment with frequent local travel to Partners sites.
Supervisory Responsibility No direct reports.
Fiscal Responsibility Ensures the accurate preparation and documentation of service and purchase requisitions within sphere of responsibility.

General OverviewThe individual in this position serves as the Biomedical Engineering Project Analyst for the Partners eCare initiative a capitally funded IS project for the implementation of an electronic record keeping system for the enterprise. The position requires an effective communicator to work with project managers development and testing teams. The Project Analyst will assist with prioritizing facilitating coordinating and scheduling multiple projects and releases in different phases of the software development lifecycle. Working in an office environment the Project Analyst is also responsible for clerical support arranging and scheduling meetings taking notes at meetings typing and filing documents.
Job DutiesAssemble documentation
Assist in the development of project plans
Work with Manager in change order management project tracking and document control activities
Monitor project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations
Assess potential issues and technical challenges and accordingly develop resolutions
Attend project meetings and followup with outstanding tasks
Work as a liaison officer between the management and the staff
Prepare important letters that are circulated in the office
Oversee project correspondences and prepare and review project related emails letters proposals memos meeting minutes and other documents
Provide analytical support to Manager in executing assigned projects
Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities
Review contract requirements and process invoices in timely manner
