Job Description

Posting Summary
The Rutgers Clinical Psychology Ph.D. Program requires a shortterm clinical supervisor to facilitate training of its Clinical Psychology Ph.D. Program students as they provide psychological services under the care of a New Jersey licensed clinical psychologist. The supervisor will fully oversee group supervision and case responsibility for approximately 3 hours per week. The individual hired in this role must be experienced in evidencebased psychological interventions and licensed as a clinical psychologist in the state of New Jersey.

Overview
The primary roles and responsibilities of this position will be providing high level supervision of clinical Ph.D. doctoral students providing health service interventions using cuttingedge evidencebased treatments. The position will include weekly inperson didactic and group supervision of students for approximately 3 hours during which ongoing cases will be reviewed and treatment plans procedures and techniques will be discussed and evaluated. Supervisor will be expected to act as licensed psychologist of record on clinical cases and review and sign off on studentprepared progress notes diagnostic summaries and treatment plans using Thereasoft software. Preparation and presentation of some didactic material may be required.
