EverLine Coatings and Services is the premier line painting and pavement maintenance company with locations across the US and Canada. We strive to deliver 100 customer satisfaction. Our employees are trained to utilize todays cutting edge equipment to deliver high quality line painting asphalt restoration sealcoating and overall pavement maintenance.
Our newly formed Colorado Springs location is seeking a dedicated selfmotivated individual to fill the role of Crew Chief/Operations Manager. Our rapidly growing team is in need of leaders to help successfully launch and support our growing network of clients. As Crew Chief/Operations Manager you will be ask to perform duties operate machinery and oversee a variety of projects spread out across our regions which include Colorado Springs Pueblo and the Western Slope/I70 corridor (with a primary focus on Colorado Springs/Pueblo). This franchisee is backed by a family office that has been investing in Colorado Springs since 2020 and the Crew Chief/Director of Operations role will have the ability to grow within the various businesses.
Projected 40 plus hours per week (beginning March through November weather permitting. The winter months do not allow for painting and asphalt restoration. Initial pay structure will be hourly (based on workload with overtime. Weekends and night work required as applicable). As the business continues to grow this role has the potential to transition to a salaried role with benefits. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grow alongside the business with an opportunity to assume a senior leadership role in the future. Moving forward the business will transition into specialty interior floor coatings interior line striping and the new revolutionary traffic paint technology of TBL Durables.
