Job Description
Long a leader in wood frame apartments and townhomes Mosaic also has multiple highrise projects underway in North Vancouver Burnaby and the TriCities with more exciting sites under development across the Lower Mainland.
As Site Superintendent youll provide construction site leadership ensuring work is done safely and issues are corrected quickly. You understand how to maintain an effective flow with your schedule and you stay in regular communication with your trades and project manager.
You know concrete and have experience building midrise and hirise residential projects from start to finish. Come join a dynamic community and lend your skills to build better homes and communities.

Who You Are
You know what you are doing. You have led several concrete residential projects from start to finish (including midrise and highrise projects).
You are a natural leader who sets a positive tone from the top. You know how to bring out the best in others whether that is your assistant trades subtrades or labourers.
You thrive on quality at all stages of the project. You like to do it right the first time.
You are a leader with a proven track record of managing projects to great outcomes. You have grit and a cando attitude when confronted with obstacles or challenges.
