Job Description

Location: Wrocaw

As Opera GX continues to expand so does the complexity and scale of our creative projects. To meet this demand were looking for a Brand Creative to play a pivotal role in maintaining consistency quality and creative excellence across multiple initiatives.

In this role you will act as the bridge between highlevel brand directives and actionable strategies working closely with the Creative Lead to ensure campaigns align with the Opera GX brand. Youll manage the daytoday creative aspects of various projects from concept to delivery while driving efficiency and ensuring projects meet our high standards.

With your experience in a fastpaced environment like an ad agency youll bring a strategic mindset a knack for solving creative challenges and the ability to independently handle complex projects. This is a critical opportunity to shape the future of our creative efforts and help scale our teams capabilities as Opera GX continues its incredible growth journey.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive creative projects from brief to ensuring alignment with Opera GXs brand vision and guidelines.

  • Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and channels while delivering highquality innovative work.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align creative outputs with strategic goals.

  • Manage daytoday creative tasks ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.

  • Contribute strategic and creative insights to elevate the overall quality of the work.

  • Mentor and guide junior creatives fostering growth and development within the team.

  • Stay up to date with design and cultural trends integrating relevant insights into creative strategies.

  • Provide quality control for all creative outputs ensuring technical and aesthetic excellence.

  • Develop creative concepts and pitch ideas for campaigns initiatives and brand activations.

Job Requirements:

  • 35 years of experience in a creative role ideally within an ad agency or similar fastpaced environment.

  • Proven track record of managing and delivering creative projects from concept to completion.

  • Experience working on digital campaigns branding and multichannel creative projects.

  • Familiarity with gaming culture and an understanding of what resonates with gaming audiences.

  • Strong design conceptual and storytelling skills with a focus on digital and brand experiences.

  • Advanced skills in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.

  • A strategic mindset to translate highlevel directives into actionable onbrand creative solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal teams stakeholders and external partners.
