Position Overview:
The Senior Talent Sourcing Partner will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company by identifying and engaging top talent in the industry. This position involves working closely with the recruitment team to understand detailed job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies that align with ambitious growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with recruiters to deeply understand the requirements of various roles and contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies.
Utilize a range of sourcing tools including job boards social media platforms databases and search engines to create a sustainable pipeline of candidates for both immediate and future needs.
Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates effectively communicating the value of joining the company and screen for fit and interest in open roles.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals gaining valuable market intelligence that informs sourcing strategies and competitive positioning.
Required Experience:
Extensive experience in talent sourcing and research demonstrating a track record of success in filling complex roles.
Mastery of advanced internet search techniques including a thorough understanding of Boolean search logic and the effective use of various search engines.
Exceptional ability to gather information both over the phone and inperson leveraging networking skills to uncover potential candidates and valuable industry insights.
Superior organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple highpriority projects in a fastpaced highvolume environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on results ensuring a positive and engaging experience for potential candidates.
Proven capability in developing insights into market trends and talent pools helping the team stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Business fluency in English with excellent communication skills enabling effective interactions in a global setting.
