JOB OVERVIEW:

A Lateral Thinking estem buscant un/a HR Manager parttime que assumeixi un rol estratgic i operatiu per continuar impulsant les nostres persones i cultura dempresa.

Aquesta posici s clau per mantenir i evolucionar els processos de gesti de talent amb un focus especial en Performance Management Compensaci i Beneficis Learning & Development i Employee Engagement.

Performance Management

  • Liderar el procs de revisi de performance semestral.
  • Acompanyar i formar als lders en tcniques de feedback i desenvolupament.
  • Analitzar dades de performance i identificar rees de millora.

Compensaci & Beneficis

  • Dissenyar i mantenir lestructura de compensaci (fixa variable i beneficis).
  • Fer benchmarking de mercat per assegurar competitivitat i equitat interna.
  • Gestionar plans de retribuci flexible.

Learning & Development

  • Detectar necessitats formatives i dissenyar accions de desenvolupament.
  • Coordinar formacions internes i externes.
  • Mesurar limpacte de les iniciatives formatives.

Employee Engagement

  • Impulsar projectes que fomentin la cultura dequip i el benestar.
  • Donar seguiment al feedback dels equips (eNPS enquestes internes etc..
  • Proposar accions concretes per millorar lexperincia de lempleat.

El perfil que busquem

  • Experincia prvia com a HR Administrator o HR Officer (mnim 45 anys) i en processos de selecci.
  • Coneixement slid de processos de performance compensaci i formaci.
  • Excellents habilitats comunicatives i empatia.
  • Capacitat per treballar de forma autnoma i tenir mirada estratgica.
  • Catal Castell i angls fluts.
  • Coneixement deines com Factorial Paprika Teamwork (valorat positivament).
