We are seeking a Senior C&B Specialist to become a part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of base pay shortterm incentive plans and relocation benefits.
- Prepare validate and process compensationrelated payments (bonuses overtime relocation training reimbursements) with high accuracy.
- Participate in job grading activities to maintain structure consistency.
- Support the Annual Salary Review process through data preparation modeling and analysis.
- Contribute to the preparation of salary surveys and benchmarking exercises using market data platforms such as WTW or Mercer.
- Administer employee benefits programs and support vendor management across countries.
- Analyze benefits utilization costs and employee feedback to propose improvements or alternatives.
- Research and identify regional benefit trends and providers to support program expansion or redesign.
- Consolidate and interpret compensation and benefits data to generate reports dashboards and presentations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance to support PlanFact budget analysis and headcount cost forecasting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HiBob supporting configuration and updates where needed.
- Actively contribute to Total Rewards projects including process improvements policy updates and compensation framework development.
- Assist in the implementation of new compensation structures incentive plans and global policies.
Qualifications :
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelors degree in HR Economics Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards preferably in an international environment.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Familiarity with HiBob especially in Compensation modules; experience in configuration is a plus.
- Working knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools such as KF Mercer WTW or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail organization and time management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain datadriven insights.
- High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
