Job title : Senior Associate Brand Communications and PR

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore


Responsibilities:

1. Communication & Reputation Management Help shape and maintain Yubis primary and group companies brand image by aligning corporate and business messaging with key media outlets.

2. Media Relations Build and manage relationships with journalists and industry influencers to secure media coverage. Act as a key point of contact for press inquiries and announcements.

3. Performance Tracking Use data to measure PR success (SOV reach etc. and suggest improvements.

4. Leadership Branding Support select company leaders in strengthening their online presence and thought leadership.

5. Content Creation Write press releases articles quotes newsletters blog posts and social media updates to amplify key messages.


Skills


  • Able communicator with excellent speaking and content writing skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across crossfunctional teams

  • Project management: Good organizational planning and coordination skills

  • Ability to multitask and reprioritize as needed

  • Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently

  • Selfmotivated and detail oriented with at least a preliminary understanding of digital media metrics

  • Understanding of the Financial Services space and desire to learn more about the industry
