Job Description

CANDIDATE Good communication skills The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing basic care to patients assisting them with daily activities monitoring their health condition and reporting to the supervising nurse. Provide direct patient care according to established protocols. Assist in medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.Monitor patient health and report any changes to the medical team.Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records.Ensure patient comfort and respond to their needs promptly.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best patient outcomes.Maintain a clean and safe environment within the healthcare facility.Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies. Qualifications : B.Sc in Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) qualification. Valid nursing license or registration (if applicable).Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment. Compassionate nature and strong commitment to patient care.
