Ruckus Networks a CommScope BU is seeking a Escalation Engineer who is passionate about making pioneer smart Wi-Fi products. These products enable carriers and enterprises to stay ahead of the exploding demand for high-bandwidth applications and services.

How youll help us connect the world:

Responsible for support and development of Ruckus product including WiFi Access Point (AP) Controller (premise and cloud) and Ruckus analytic tools.

Teamwork: Interact with support team to live debug and troubleshoot customer field issues and recover customer network -motivated: Independently reproduce customer network issues in the lab and isolate the root cause from the lab reproduction.

Quick deliver: Commit code in the active branches verify the fix in the lab and deliver patch solutions to customer.

Deliver business impact: Develop customer requested features to meet customer requirement and use cases.

Required Qualifications:

Masters or bachelors degree in computer science Electrical Engineering or a related field.3 to 10 years in software engineering with a strong track record of code development on network devices.

Languages:Proficiency in C C Python Java.

Networking:Deep expertise in IP networking routing protocols. Strong WiFi background is a plus.

Strong debug capability and troubleshooting scale in L2/L3 network.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants skill sets years of experience training education geography and other business needs. Depending on experience the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This positions expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $182000.00-$240000.00

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision plans life and accidental death insurance a 401(k) plan and participation in the Companys Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date) as well as other leave options.
