What youll do:
Partner with the CEO and broader executive team to define prioritize communicate and execute on strategic objectives across the organization. Lead quarterly planning process across teams.
Translate high-level goals into actionable plans ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Monitor progress on strategic initiatives proactively identifying risks dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
Responsible for ensuring deliverables are executed on time and with high degree of quality; work with the CEO on reporting across overall company deliverables.
Oversee high impact cross-functional projects ensuring clear objectives timelines and deliverables.
Develop and implement systems to track project progress facilitate collaboration and resolve roadblocks.
Maintain a pulse on organizational capacity and resource allocation to ensure effective execution.
Establish and manage reporting mechanisms to track progress on strategic initiatives and key performance metrics.
Prepare dashboards reports and executive-level summaries to provide clear insights into organizational performance.
Use data-driven insights to identify trends recommend actions and track the impact of initiatives over time.
Analyze ROI and impact of new initiatives and products going to market.
Establish frameworks to measure progress against goals and foster a culture of accountability across teams.
Facilitate regular updates to leadership providing insights into progress challenges and recommended actions.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure commitments are met and identify areas for improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO providing insights and recommendations on key decisions.
