Job Description
Who you are:
You have 8 years of experience in a leadership or strategic role such as Chief of Staff management consulting program management or senior operations and are looking for your next challenge in a hyper-growth fast-paced industry disrupting SaaS company. You are excited to work with emerging technologies and modern tech stack with a collaborative team where you will have a direct impact on Pollys roadmap. Youll report directly to the CEO helping to tackle complex cross-functional opportunities.

What youll do:
- Partner with the CEO and broader executive team to define prioritize communicate and execute on strategic objectives across the organization. Lead quarterly planning process across teams.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives proactively identifying risks dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for ensuring deliverables are executed on time and with high degree of quality; work with the CEO on reporting across overall company deliverables.
- Oversee high impact cross-functional projects ensuring clear objectives timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and implement systems to track project progress facilitate collaboration and resolve roadblocks.
- Maintain a pulse on organizational capacity and resource allocation to ensure effective execution.
- Establish and manage reporting mechanisms to track progress on strategic initiatives and key performance metrics.
- Prepare dashboards reports and executive-level summaries to provide clear insights into organizational performance.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends recommend actions and track the impact of initiatives over time.
- Analyze ROI and impact of new initiatives and products going to market.
- Establish frameworks to measure progress against goals and foster a culture of accountability across teams.
- Facilitate regular updates to leadership providing insights into progress challenges and recommended actions.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure commitments are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO providing insights and recommendations on key decisions.
- Represent the CEO in meetings preparing agendas capturing action items and ensuring alignment on outcomes.

- Proven track record of managing complex projects driving cross-functional alignment and leveraging data for decision-making.
- Experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Experience working with technical product and engineering teams.
- Strategic thinker who can also dive into operational details when necessary.
- Highly adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Results-driven proactive and committed to fostering accountability.
- Collaborative leader with a strong focus on building relationships and driving alignment.
