We are seeking a proactive and skilled System Administrator to join our IT Services team. In this role you will manage corporate IT assets provide technical support to employees and contribute to the security and reliability of our IT infrastructure.
Please note this is an onsite role and we require you to be in our office in Valencia 5 days a week. You should be willing to travel to our other branch offices as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure provision and maintain laptops and other IT assets for users
Provide technical support to employees both inoffice and remote
Monitor and maintain IT systems across all corporate offices
Manage and respond to security threats and incidents
Assist in the implementation of IT security measures and companywide policies
Conduct vulnerability assessments and support patch management
Develop and deliver security awareness and training sessions
Contribute to threat intelligence gathering and research
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure security operations align with business goals
Document IT policies procedures and incident reports
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain stock inventory.
0 3 years of experience in a similar role within a macOSbased environment
Proficiency in macOS installation configuration and troubleshooting
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and network service components
Experience with system performance tuning and issue resolution
Basic knowledge of hardware and software storage solutions
Familiarity with computer hardware and networking technologies
Experience working with ticketing systems and meeting service level targets
Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages: Spanish and English.
