Job Summary: They are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Brand Manager to lead the sales in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth developing strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration with international brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Expansion: Work with the Business Development team to grow presence in Nigeria.
- Sales Performance: Drive and maximize sales performance ensuring operational integrity and meeting sales targets.
- Boutique Management: Oversee boutiques across Nigeria and develop strategies to increase boutique sales.
- Product Management: Coordinate with the international brand team to ensure product availability and launches.
- Brand Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in Nigeria.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: Conduct research on competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (M.Sc. is a plus).
- 8 years of experience in sales preferably in luxury retail FMCG writing instruments or leather goods.
- Strong understanding of market strategy sales management and business development.
- Proven ability to drive sales manage teams and implement strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
