We re partnering with a reputable food company in the FMCG sector to find a dynamic and resultsdriven Area Sales Manager. You ll be responsible for overseeing and driving sales across Abuja and select Northern states of Nigeria. - Team Coordination: Oversee and support distributor and sales team activities ensuring effective field operations.
- Market Engagement: Conduct regular field visits monitor market and competition trends and maintain product visibility in key channels such as hospitals hotels schools supermarkets fast food outlets and campuses.
- Reporting: Submit timely journey plans and sales reports providing insights into market performance.

Requirements
Who You Are:
- A professional with at least 5 years experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Currently a resident of Abuja with a strong understanding of sales strategies and distribution networks in the Northern region.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent at communication leadership and negotiation with a knack for building strong lasting relationships.
- Familiar with market dynamics in Nigeria and comfortable navigating a competitive sales landscape.
