Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and understand business problems and opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training.
Support the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments.
Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends and technologies and contribute to research initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field2024/2025 graduates only)
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
Familiarity with libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikitlearn.
Basic knowledge of data manipulation tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
Good problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role in the IT/software services industry. Technology Knowledge: Understanding of IT consulting, software development, cloud solutions, and digital transformation. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages. Sales & Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead scoring tools, and marketing automation software. Lead Prospecting: Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and social media engagement. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize lead generation strategies. Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and the ability to develop professional relationships with prospects. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Presentation Skills: Ability to present Feathersoft's offerings to potential clients effectively. Self-motivated: A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international clients and handling outbound sales. Familiarity with lead enrichment tools and data research platforms. Previous experience in selling IT consulting, software development, or technology services.
