Your mission
- Actively drive the growth of optilyz as the leading Direct Mail Automation Software reshaping the future of direct mailing
- Advise our clients on how to integrate print mailings into their digital strategies
- Co-develop direct mail campaigns with clients and support them throughout the implementation process
- Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities to strengthen customer loyalty and drive revenue growth
- Share your customer success stories through case studies talks and webinars we see ourselves as thought leaders and disruptors in the industry
- Closely collaborate with our Sales Operations Marketing and Product teams continuously contributing to the improvement of our internal processes
- Build a deep understanding of client needs and challenges providing valuable input for the further development of our platform
Your profile
- You hold a university degree or completed vocational training
- You have a strong sense for customer needs and find pragmatic sustainable solutions in close collaboration with internal teams
- You enjoy working independently are well-organized and have an interest in IT products and technical challenges
- You are fluent in German and English enabling effective communication with both clients and international teams
- Nice to have: Experience or knowledge in (dialogue) marketing and print environments
