We re looking for a passionate Marketing Events Assistant to join our team and help bring exciting marketing events to life. This entrylevel position is perfect for individuals eager to gain handson experience in event marketing customer engagement and brand promotion.
As a Marketing Events Assistant you will play a key role in supporting the of promotional events coordinating logistics and helping to ensure that each event delivers exceptional experiences for attendees and clients.
Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Events Assistant:
Assist in Event Coordination: Help plan organize and execute marketing events from start to finish ensuring every detail is accounted for.
OnSite Event Support: Provide handson support during events ensuring smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Promote Brand Awareness: Assist in promoting event objectives and client brands by engaging with attendees and distributing promotional materials.
Customer Interaction: Engage with event participants to create positive experiences and build brand loyalty.
PostEvent Support: Assist in gathering feedback tracking event success and helping compile reports for future events.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on event goals and objectives.
Requirements
No prior experience necessary this is an entrylevel role perfect for individuals looking to gain handson experience in marketing and events.
A passion for marketing event planning and customer engagement.
Ability to work in a fastpaced highenergy environment.
Strong work ethic positive attitude and willingness to learn.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
