Job Description
Task Responsibilities:
You will be part of the team responsible for selling Cargolux Airlines products and services within Belgium. You are an enthusiastic motivated customerfriendly proactive eagertolearn team player with a focus on achieving sales targets. You are the customers point of contact and are happy to speak to them on the phone.
Some of your duties include:
- Negotiating with customers on ad hoc requests and tender processes (RFQ)
- Analysing the customer allocations and booking performance
- Analysing the feasibility of a freight request
- Advising customers on the best possible flight offer
- Booking freight shipments in the Cargolux system and coordinating with LUX Reservations
- Followup of customer service issues (import export load control)
- Ensuring good communication flow between customer and Cargolux
- Updating cargorelated information in the system
- Collecting and producing data for invoicing and revenue calculation
- Coordinating daily truck handling
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Education Bachelor Logistics Management or similar
- Previous experience in cargo is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch French and English.
- Motivated and sales oriented with a proactive approach
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent planning and organisation skills in order to prioritise and make decisions within tight deadlines
- Be able to interact openly and comfortably with different groups of people
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word Powerpoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Cargo booking systems is a bonus
Working Conditions:
- Location is in Brussels (Brucargo)
- Fulltime position
- A certificate of good conduct will be required
