Job Summary
This individual will be responsible for assisting the Director in oversight of the operational needs of the facility. They will serve as one of the liaisons between the sector and the client providing the highest possible level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers and directs programs to manage the operation
- Provides guidance training and motivation to staff
- Successfully provides effective client rapport to build a mutually beneficial business relationship
- Directs and conducts safety sanitation and maintenance programs
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 3 years of experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
- Ability to multitask establish priorities
- Exhibits initiative responsibility flexibility and leadership
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- P&L accountability knowledge highly desirable
- Contractmanaged service experience highly desirable
