You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and compassionate People Manager to oversee people operations and drive a positive work culture across our India team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of employee lifecycle activities from performance and career development to compliance and wellbeing.
You will collaborate closely with HR and leadership to enhance team performance ensure legal and policy compliance and foster a supportive and growthoriented work environment.
Lead and manage daytoday employee relations and general people management functions.
Conduct Performance Development Plans (PDPs) for employees across India.
Support career path planning and professional development initiatives.
Collaborate with HR during compensation reviews and annual appraisals.
Oversee the Health & Safety program ensuring training completion and appropriate distribution of PPE.
Support recruitment efforts including resume screening and candidate interviews.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal HR policies.
Supervise office administration and support services to ensure smooth daily operations.
Identify training needs and coordinate upskilling programs for team members.
Handle employee relations matters such as conflict resolution and workplace investigations while ensuring fairness and compliance.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree or HR certification is a plus).
57 years of experience in people management or HR leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in India.
Proven experience in performance management talent development and employee engagement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized proactive and adaptable to a fastpaced environment.
Experience in administrative or office management tasks is an asset.
