Role & Responsibilities:
Prospect Generation: Identify learning needs and generate prospects for educational programs.
Client Engagement:
Provide program details to prospective clients and conduct inperson demos to build a strong client pipeline.
Sales Targets: Meet daily and weekly enrollment targets. Market Research: Conduct market research to maintain a lead database.
Regional Penetration: Travel within the city and occasionally to remote areas.
Client Relationship: Maintain healthy client relationships.
Preferred Profile:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in B2B field sales in EdTech.
Attitude:Streetsmart and highly motivated.
Travel:Daily incity travel occasional outstation.
Driving:Driving skills; owning a twowheeler is preferred.
Perks:
Salary:Competitive annual salary: 350000 INR 600000 INR
Travel Allowance: Monthly travel allowance.
Incentives: Biweekly and monthly based on performance.
