Your Role: We are seeking a highly innovative andmotivatedLife Science Sales Specialistto join our Global Strategic Accounts Scientific Team. This fieldbased customerfacing position will focus on developing near and longterm scientific sales andpartnerships with our strategic accounts. These activities will definethecompanysrole as a key partner in pharmaceutical target ID & validation lead discovery and lead optimization.
The position will be primarily focus onaccelerating our Biology presence at specific accounts.Additionally this role will be responsible for achieving defined financial targets. The role requires a highly developed technical / scientific skills matched with acute business acumen and salesdriven mindset. You will engage and interface with customers end users lab managers and department heads. It is necessary to have an understanding ofthe pharmaceutical R&D workflow to develop accountspecific strategies with a strong emphasis on building a scientific sales pipeline identifynovel solutions and developcollaborations with a strong ability to close. This role has no direct reports.The position reports to the Scientific Director of Global Strategic Accounts and is field based with frequent travel to pharmaceutical accounts in the East Coast.
