You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailMisericordia Universitys College of Business is currently accepting applications for a fulltime nontenure track position in Accounting & Finance for theacademic year. Misericordia University has undergraduate majors/specializations in accounting and certified financial planning as well as other business finance courses at the undergraduate level. The MBA program has an accounting specialization and a finance core course. We anticipate significant growth to further develop new finance programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in areas such as financial intermediate and advanced accounting taxes auditing business financial management and advanced courses in accounting and finance in the MBA program.
Qualified applicants will be academically qualified with a terminal degree or ABD preferred masters degree considered and have teaching experience in accounting and/or finance. Professional experience in the field and industry certifications are highly desired (CPA CFP CFA CMA). Applicants interested in engaging with and mentoring and advising students in the accounting and certified financial planning programs as well as leading further development of finance programs at the university are especially encouraged.
