Job Description
Mayo Clinic Florida is seeking a Level II Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their Radiation Oncology department specializing in the treatment of benign indications such as osteoarthritis. This position involves leading a clinic focused on lowdose radiation therapy for nonmalignant conditions under the supervision of a treating MD. The APP will conduct consultations manage treatment plans and followup visits contributing to innovative patient care in a multidisciplinary setting. Mayo Clinic Florida is seeking a Level II Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their Radiation Oncology department specializing in CNS and Head and Neck cancer followup care. This position involves conducting posttreatment consultations managing ongoing care plans and coordinating followup visits for patients who have undergone radiation therapy for CNS and Head and Neck cancers. The APP will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including radiation oncologists oncologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for patients. Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner:Mastersprepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current State (MN/WI/FL/AZ) RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP ANP ACNP PNP NNP PMHNP etc.
Physician Assistant:Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the State (MN/WI/FL/AZ) State Board of Medical Practice.
Additional Qualifications:
Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required
