Work Schedule: Monday to Friday minimum 25 hours per week
We re looking for a highly reliable and experienced Personal Assistant to support a busy executive and business owner. The ideal candidate will be proactive organised discreet and experienced in working in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Management
Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and internal events
Manage daily calendars and remind of important deadlines
Communication & Correspondence
Draft proofread and send professional communications
Respond to internal and external inquiries on behalf of the executive
Logistics & Travel Coordination
Organise travel arrangements including flights accommodation and itineraries
Administrative Tasks
Maintain digital files and document organisation
Prepare reports summaries and presentations as required
Support with personal errands and general admin
Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive business and personal information with integrity
Key Requirements
2-5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
Strong communication and time management skills
Proficient in Google Workspace Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
Ability to multitask prioritise and work independently
