Lead the Frontline of Gaming Compliance Excellence
The Arizona Department of Gaming (ADG) is seeking a highly motivated and professional Gaming Compliance Administrator to oversee and enhance the customer experience across multiple compliance functions. This individual will serve as a critical liaison between the Departments Compliance teams tribal partners and external stakeholders providing frontfacing support while maintaining a deep understanding of the Arizona TribalState Gaming Compact and the appendices in addition to Event Wagering and Fantasy Sports rules and regulations.

Your Impact:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Department partners and external stakeholders interacting with the Compliance Division.
- Provide expert interpretation of the Arizona TribalState Gaming Compact appendices and Arizona Revised Statutes related to gaming and the Event Wagering and Fantasy Sports Statutes and Rules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support quality assurance and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Support the Assistant Director of Compliance in data collection analysis and reporting.
- Represent ADG in regulatory meetings with attorneys gaming regulators and operational personnel helping build lasting partnerships and mutual understanding.

This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the departments business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Job Duties: |
As the Gaming Compliance Administrator you will:
- Serve as the lead customer support liaison for the Departments Compliance Division ensuring exceptional service and issue resolution.
- Interpret the Arizona TribalState Gaming Compacts Appendices Minimum Internal Control Standards Event Wagering and Fantasy Sports rules and statutes and administrative rules to respond to stakeholder inquiries accurately.
- Work closely with the Director executive staff and the Assistant Director of Compliance to provide technical expertise and recommendations.
- Represent the Department in regulatory meetings draft official correspondence and help develop technical and operational standards.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with regulators gaming operations staff and other partners to foster compliance and communication.
- Deliver training sessions internally and externally to ensure regulatory understanding and adherence.
- Coordinate and compile regulatory and compliance data for reporting and process improvement.
- Assist in the oversight and standardization of customer service processes for all Compliance units.

Requires possession of and ability to retain a current valid stateissued drivers license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to drivers license record checks must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R210207.12.

To help you build a financially secure future the State makes monthly contributions to finance your retirement benefit. The State will contribute to the ASRS in an amount equal to your contribution. In other words you and the State will each pay 50 of the total cost of the benefit. New State employees have a 27week wait period for contributions to begin.
