As a Sales Consultant Home Buying you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into paying clients by effectively communicating our value proposition addressing client concerns and guiding them through the sales process. Your primary objective is to drive commitment by securing upfront payments ensuring clients move forward confidently with our buyers agent services.
To succeed in this role you should have a strong background in sales and real estate be skilled in objection handling and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Lead Conversion
- Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their property goals challenges and investment strategies.
- Convert leads into paying customers by effectively presenting the value of our buyers agent services and securing commitment through upfront payments.
- Manage client objections confidently and provide tailored solutions to help them take the next step.
- Conduct discovery calls video consultations and followups to build rapport and maintain client engagement until closing.
Qualifications :
Required:
- Proven experience in sales preferably in real estate mortgage broking financial services or highticket sales.
- Strong ability to close sales and handle objections with a consultative and customerfirst approach.
- Knowledge of the Australian property market investment principles and buyers agent services.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven thriving in a targetbased environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) and other sales technology.
Preferred:
- Experience working with mortgage brokers buyers agents or financial advisors.
- Property owner or investor with firsthand knowledge of the buying process.
- Background in highperformance sales environments including finance real estate or consulting.

- Stay informed about market trends and property investment strategies to provide relevant advice.
- Maintain a strong understanding of buyers agent services and how they compare to traditional real estate buying approaches.
- Ideally have personal experience as a property owner or investor or a keen interest in real estate and investment principles.
