We are seeking a passionate Director of BD Sales & Market Expansion to join our winning team.
Be the Architect of VPGs Growth
In this pivotal role youll lead the charge in expanding our market presence within the Weighing & Control industries. Leveraging your expertise youll identify and pursue strategic opportunities fostering partnerships and driving revenue. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into action ensuring VPGs technology continues to revolutionize industries.
This is an on-site position in Poestenkill NY (Albany area)

Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Salary range: $150000-$175000 annually
- Up to 45 Bonus eligibility
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision and retirement savings plans
- Paid time off and holidays

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual s unique set of knowledge skills education experience and geographic location as well as internal equity.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in a related field (MBA a plus).
- 10 years of experience with a proven track record of senior-level Business Development & Sales
- Global sales experience a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adept at building and nurturing relationships with key clients stakeholders and team member
- Passion for innovation and a strategic mindset.
- Travel up to 50
