General Information:
Office Assistant in the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life
Duties and Responsibilities:
I understand it is my responsibility to accurately complete sign and submit to time clock my daily work hours.
Provide excellent customer service to visitors faculty staff and students
Answer telephone calls respond to office emails pick up mail/packages complete data entry work in teams and answer general inquiries.
Practice extreme confidentiality.
Help ensure organizations adhere to all paperwork deadlines and file paperwork in appropriate locations. Assist chapters with paperwork when needed.
Function as a member of the Fraternity and Sorority Life staff member by participating in monthly staff meetings.
Serve as a resource and advocate to the Fraternity and Sorority Life community
Complete up to 20 hours a week in the office
Other duties as assigned.

Conditions of Employment:
Students must be degreeseeking students enrolled on at least a halftime basis 6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
