What youll be doing:
You will maintain building conditions and the physical environment that promotes a comfortable safe and homelike environment for residents and community members. In addition you will:
- Build your team: interview select and train the right people.
- Lead your team: drive the performance management process while serving as a coach and mentor.
- Inspire your team: motivate your team to deliver the best care to our residents.
Who we are looking for:
You will be able to demonstrate composure customer focus patience and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team. 13 previous years experience in a maintenance role residential or healthcare environment preferred.
Enjoys working hard and is full of energy for situations viewed as challenging making good decisions based on a mixture of analysis experience and judgement.
Possess a current state drivers license insurance and acceptable driving record.

Pay Range: $19.5026.50/hr*
*Starting pay may be higher depending on level of experience
