Hire Resolve is on the hunt for a skilled SBDE for our client! The Strategic Business Development Executive (SBDE) is responsible for driving the growth of our client by maximizing the potential of topperforming financial advisors. This role focuses on developing and executing Value Creation Plans (VCPs)1 as the first priority followed by strategic advisor recruitment. The SBDE is tasked with achieving annual revenue growth targets utilizing technology and ensuring continuous professional development of advisors.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field.
Postgraduate degree in management (advantageous).
Postgraduate diploma in planning or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (advantageous).
Minimum of 1520 years of relevant experience in financial services with a strong focus on business development advisor management and sales leadership.
Proven track record in developing VCPs for topperforming advisors and driving significant revenue growth.
Experience in strategic recruitment talent management and successfully
managing relationships with product providers
