As the Manager Workforce Strategy you will drive the creation and of workforce strategies that align with our organizational priorities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that we meet both current and future workforce needs. By collaborating closely with business partners and key stakeholders you will integrate comprehensive workforce development strategies into our employment initiatives and workforce agreements. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating job opportunities and fostering the growth of a skilled and inclusive workforce.
Lead the development and implementation of PAIR employment goals and strategies. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor and report progress support governance and promote diversity and inclusion. Additionally you will provide guidance and proactive support to meet the current and future targets established in the PAIR certification process.
In this role you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week) subject to business or operational needs.
