About the Role:
Tubi is seeking a solutionsorientedTemp Recruiter to support hiring across our Engineering and Product teams while also flexing across other business functions as needed. This role will specialize in early to midcareer talent acquisition with an additional focus on international and contingent workforce hiring.
This is a highimpact role requiring strong fullcycle recruitment expertise strategic sourcing skills and stakeholder management experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure an efficient and datadriven hiring process. We are looking for a multidisciplined people connector who can help us attract onboard and retain worldclass missionaligned talent.
This is a hybrid individual contributor role based in Los Angeles or San Francisco reporting to our Director of Talent Acquisition.
What Youll Do:
- Manage fullcycle recruitment with a strong focus on technical hiring while also supporting hiring across other business functions as needed.
- Source engage and assess early to midcareer talent ensuring a strong pipeline for both permanent and temporary roles.
- Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract diverse highquality candidates across technical and nontechnical domains.
- Drive temp and contingent workforce hiring initiatives ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong hiring manager relationships providing insights and guidance on talent market trends.
- Utilize datadriven decisionmaking to evaluate sourcing effectiveness candidate experience and process improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers coaching them on best practices in recruitment interviewing and selection.
- Maintain data integrity across all talent platforms ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of key hiring metrics.

- You are passionate about talent delivery and have a strong drive for results.
Your Background:
- 4 years of fullcycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years in technical hiring.
- Experience recruiting early to midcareer talent across technical and business domains.
- Prior experience with temp or contingent hiring is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing behavioral interviewing and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive hiring results efficiently.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with Greenhouse and Gem is a plus!
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements the pay range for this role with final offer amount dependent on education skills experience and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for various benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance a 401(k) plan paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

Base $42.27 $62.02 / hour)
