Tasks
Alignment & Communication: Ensure continuous and effective communication flow across teams. Act as the main point of contact for clarifying doubts managing expectations and resolving misalignments or gaps.
Backlog Management: Own and refine the backlog of strategic initiatives ensuring items are clearly defined estimated and ready for development.
Planning & Coordination: Actively participate in sprint planning coordinating workflows and ensuring that themes and tasks are delivered to the team with clarity.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track the progress of initiatives identify potential risks and report status updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience in similar roles within software development environments.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with agile methodologies especially Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g. Jira).
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
