- Mastersdegree in Planning with at least three 3 years of experience in urban and social planning.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Hybrid support: 80 InPerson and 20 Remote.
- Strong analytical and research skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in:
- Community Census and reports.
- Gathering data points to assess vulnerabilities and potential housing risks.
- Presentation for community members.

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The daytoday on the job)
- Identify and implement methodology and tools to conduct a census that collects vulnerabilities and potential housing risks as well as any other necessary data or information.
- Prepare a detailed workplan schedule of site visits and coordinate access to the assessment area with community representatives and residents.
- Gather data points to assess vulnerabilities and potential housing risks.
- Interview current residents and other relevant stakeholders specified in the methodology to gather information on any known vulnerabilities and risks.
- Use and manage storage repository for all data collected and ensure Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
- Prepare a detailed report summarizing the findings from census activities and data collected and incorporating planning analysis into a comprehensive report with a focus on evaluating vulnerabilities and potential housing risks.
- Create an accessible presentation for community members in a language that ensures community engagement and action.
