Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to identify their vehicle repair and service needs.
Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Uphold our standards for ethical practices professionalism and excellent customer service.
Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and keep customers updated on their service status.
Boost profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions.
Oversee technicians ensuring efficient time management and timely job completion.
Conduct quality control checks to maintain high service standards.
Collaborate on developing and documenting standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Accredited training in service advisor skills customer satisfaction and quality control.
3 years of experience as an automotive service advisor preferred.
Fluent in English with strong reading writing and communication skills.
Excellent multitasking abilities and a knack for staying focused amid interruptions.
Proficient in using computers and business machines.
