Job Description
Experience:
- 46 years of experience in Workday with at least one endtoend implementation (musthave).
Technical Skills:
- Strong handson experience with Workday Integrations including Connectors STUDIO (musthave) DT XML and XSLT.
- Proven ability to develop endtoend integrations from scratch using STUDIO (musthave).
- Expertise in integration security and delivery methods.
Business & Functional Skills:
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills with demonstrated followthrough on assignments and issue resolution.
- Experience in identifying designing and implementing Workday solutions while aligning with the longterm vision of the product and business needs.
- Good understanding of the Workday platform with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and generate solutions.
- Experience in endtoend application solution design and implementation of complex business solutions.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with SNOW or similar ticketing tools.
- Workday Certification is an added advantage.
