Job Description
Thanks to your hosting skills our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge your duties will also include the following:
- Multipurpose agent for bar service
- Providing a seamless rapid service (preparing drinks serving at the tables taking payments stock management etc..
- Pm/Evening shift. (most of the shifts will end at 2am)
- Helping to organize the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager
- Providing advice to customers and actively selling Motel One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budget
- Helping to order food beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month
- Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams
Qualifications :
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
- Have a valid European work permit
- Be available to work in the indicated working hours.
- Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
- Be open and communicative
- Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
- Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality even in stressful situations. Available to work during the night.
- Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments we achieve our results together
- English speacker
