Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Senior ManagerTalent Sourcing Technology to redefine our talent sourcing strategy in one of our most dynamic growth regions. In this highimpact role you will lead and inspire a team of passionate Talent Sourcers and Managers across APAC with a strong focus on India to develop an innovative sourcing model that powers our Technology hiring. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead the APAC Talent Sourcing team for Technology driving performance accountability and a culture of excellence.
  • Partner strategically with crossfunctional recruiting teams to achieve ambitious quarterly and annual hiring goals.
  • Design and own cuttingedge regional sourcing strategies to attract toptier talent and fuel ServiceNows growth.
  • Leverage data and insights to deliver impactful reporting on key performance metrics initiative success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize team efficiency by analyzing capacity and productivity ensuring resources are aligned to meet hiring targets.
  • Empower and elevate your team by sharpening their business acumen problemsolving skills and influence in the talent landscape.
  • Champion a culture of innovation fostering continuous learning and peerdriven development.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by introducing groundbreaking sourcing techniques tools and emerging technologies to maximize team success.

Qualifications :

Being successful in these areas begins with the following criteria:

  • Youre curious about allthingsAI: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
  • You know talent acquisition: 10 years experience in talent acquisition with several of those years either being a talent sourcer or leading a team of talent sourcers. We are seeking those who understand the magic sourcing can bring to a recruiting organization.
  • You have led a team: 3 years experience as a people manager or 5 years in a lead/supervisory capacity
  • You are a champion for talent sourcing: you have prior experience building strong productive and complementary relationships and have a track record of successfully promoting talent sourcing across an organization
  • You are a data storyteller: you understand how to analyze market conditions top competitors and trends to influence your stakeholders and the business on creative hiring strategies
  • Your leadership experience is relevant: prior experience working as EITHER a lead/supervisor for a technology company OR being a formal people manager for a talent sourcing function

While not required its great if you have experience in or passion for the following areas:

  • Educating and influencing internal stakeholders
  • Gathering curating and delivering talent and market insights to define and guide your strategy
  • A certain amount of ambiguity accompanied by autonomy: youre okay with not always having a completed plan and want to be part of developing and growing something new
  • Contributing to and/or leading efforts tied to inclusive hiring initiatives

We are open to hiring this person in either Hyderabad or Bangalore with the expectation that you will be flexible work persona and go to the office 2x/week.
