We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI/Prompt Engineer to own and enhance all AIrelated topics at doinstruct. As AI becomes an increasingly central part of our product strategy you will play a critical role in developing cuttingedge AI tools collaborating across feature teams and transforming prompt chains into productionready code and infrastructure. What Youll Do

• Develop AI Tools: Design build and improve AIdriven tools to enhance product capabilities like generating text and video lessons from existing content and internal employee tooling

• Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Write refine and improve prompt chains for various applications ensuring robustness and scalability.

• Cloud Integration & Backend Development: Implement promptbased solutions into our AWS infrastructure experience with other cloud providers is welcome.

• Collaborate Across Feature Teams: Join various feature teams to support AI projects enhancing AI knowledge and practices across the organization.

• Educate & Mentor: Share AI best practices and improve the companys AI capabilities through crossfunctional collaboration.

What Were Looking For

• AI Engineering Experience: At least 2 years of intensive exposure to LLMs ideally with a background transitioning from Machine Learning to AI Engineering.

• Technical Skills: Strong backend development skills with a focus on Node.js; experience with AWS stack preferred but not required.

• Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Ability to integrate APIs deploy scalable solutions and work effectively with cloud platforms.

• Drive & Ownership: You thrive in a fastpaced remotefirst environment where honesty and directness are valued.

• ProblemSolving Mindset: Proactive approach to tackling complex problems and optimizing AI solutions for production use.
