Resumen del puesto
We are seeking a Deltek Integration & Data Analyst to design develop and maintain integrations between Deltek ERP systems (Costpoint Vantagepoint or Vision) and other enterprise applications.This role will also be responsible for configuring Deltek modules workflows and automation processes to optimize business operations.
Additionally the candidate will leverage their data analysis expertise to develop Power BI reports and dashboards providing key insights into financial operational and business performance.
The ideal candidate will work from our office in Barcelona and collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data flow troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and maintain API connections and middleware solutions for realtime data exchange.
This position requires a strong understanding of system integrations data analytics and ERP optimization to enhance efficiency improve decisionmaking and drive business success.
Responsabilidades y cualificaciones
Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain integrations between Deltek (Costpoint Vantagepoint or Vision) and other enterprise applications.
Developing and maintaining databases and data systems
Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of complex data
Using business intelligence tools to present data to key stakeholders
Using statistical tools to identify analyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for guiding business outcomes
Preparing reports stating patterns trends and predictions using relevant data
Ensure projects are completed on time and within estimated costs
Develop and maintain documentation and standards
Configure Deltek modules workflows and automation processes to optimize business operations.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Maintain API connections and middleware solutions for realtime data exchange.
Skills and Qualifications
35 years of experience in data process and database management
Bachelors degree in Business Administrations Statistics Mathematics Accounting Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. C1 in English and Spanish.
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI
Excellent Organizations skills and attention to detail
Understanding of database design and construction
