Currently we are looking for an IT Support Manager to join our clients team. This person will lead IT support teams ensure excellent service quality for internal users and implement a process automation strategy. We are looking for someone with experience in managing IT teams proficiency in ServiceNow and a passion for creating efficient innovative solutions.

Currently we are looking for an IT Support Manager to join our clients team. This person will lead IT support teams ensure excellent service quality for internal users and implement a process automation strategy. We are looking for someone with experience in managing IT teams proficiency in ServiceNow and a passion for creating efficient innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an IT support strategy including 24/7 support and centralized Service Desk.
- Manage local IT support teams develop competencies provide training and ensure service quality.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement IT policies and standards.
- Monitor SLAs and provide operational reports and trend analysis.
- Implement automation and improvements following the automation first and shift left approach.
- Supervise and optimize IT infrastructure.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate SLA agreements.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing IT teams and first and secondline support operations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and current ITSM trends.
- Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in the video game industry or a technical development environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in English(minimum B2 level).
